Hollywood’s most talked about couple has the town buzzing again over claims Angelina Jolie ‘flipped out’ after walking in on Brad Pitt with their nanny.
An American publication reports the actress caught Brad on the bed in the twins’ room rubbing the back of their female employee.
He is said to have been comforting her after she was taken ill.
But the sight was enough to throw Angelina into a jealous rage and she allegedly slapped her partner across the face and immediately fired the nanny, according to Star magazine. Continue
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived to huge cheers at a rain-sodden Baftas in London last night.
The A-list couple braved the freezing cold and wet weather to sign autographs for ecstatic fans outside the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
The pair brought a touch of old Hollywood glamour to the damp red carpet with Jolie wearing a strapless, floor-length black dress complete with two yellow stripes.
A dashing, tuxedo-clad Pitt joked about the dismal weather: ‘It’s a nice change for us… all that sun!’ But the pair, who were nominated for best actor and best actress, missed out on prizes. Continue
They’re one of the most recognizable couples in all of Hollywood, so it’s no wonder Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie receive all kinds of media attention.
However, when the New York Times made the assertion that the “Changeling” actress was a master at controlling the press, Pitt stepped in for her defense.
Stepping out to promote his new movie, Brad Pitt attended the world premiere of “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button” at Mann’s Village Theatre in Westwood on Monday night.
Accompanied by his lovely lady Angelina Jolie, the “Fight Club” stud looked ever-the-hunk in a three-piece Tom Ford tuxedo as he schmoozed it up on the red carpet.
With six children at home, Angelina Jolie says her days as an actress are numbered.
“I don’t plan to keep acting very long,” she tells the BBC. “I’m ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day.”
Jolie, 33, currently starring in The Changeling, says she plans to “work for a few months” in February, then take a year off.
“I won’t work again probably for another year,” she says. “So maybe it’ll be once a year, then maybe once a year, then maybe it’ll be once every three years.”
She adds: “I have a lot of children. I have a big responsibility to make sure that they’re growing right and that they have got us there for them.”
Of course, to help make ends meet, there’s also another wage earner in the household: Her partner Brad Pitt, 44.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins may be only four months old, but they’re already characters of their own.
“They’re great. They’re still so little, but they do ,” Jolie told reporters at the DVD launch for Kung Fu Panda and the premiere of its companion adventure story, Secrets of the Furious Five in Hollywood on Sunday.
Knox and Vivienne are “starting to get very smiley,” their proud mom said. “They’re at that where their personality really starts to shine.”
As for the rest of the brood, they share a love of their mom’s work. “I think it’s a great film, and it’s brought a lot of joy to children – and to my children, absolutely,” Jolie told people at the event. “My kids love it. They’re very very proud, they’ve got mom dolls.” Continue
With six kids in the brood and thoughts of adopting another, Angelina Jolie can only imagine what people must be thinking.
“I mean, I know we seem crazy, just bringing them in one after the other, but we do plan,” she tells the New York Times. “We make sure one is absorbed completely into the family before we add another.”
And as each child grows up and becomes Internet-savvy, Jolie, 33, sees even more challenges ahead for her and partner Brad Pitt, 44. “There’s a lot we’re going to have to explain to them about how public their family is,” she says.
But there’s good with that bad. “What’s going to be funny is when they think Mom and Dad are a little bit cool,” she says. “Because right now, we’re not cool Mom and Dad.” Continue
Angelina Jolie takes Zahara, Maddox and Pax Thien on a Saturday shopping spree to Lee’s Art Shop in midtown Manhattan.
As could be expected, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt proved quite an eyeful at Saturday’s New York premiere of her new movie. Changeling, directed by Clint Eastwood.
But, in fact, there was even more to meet the eye on the leading lady: two new tattoos – to complement her ink indicating global birth coordinates of children Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.
Jolie has had the July 12 French birthplace of twins Knox and Vivienne enscribed twice on her left shoulder beneath the latitude and longitude of their other children.
For the first time since the birth of twins Vivienne and Knox, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in New York City with their kids.
Jolie plans to walk the red carpet at the New York Film Festival on Oct. 4 for the premiere of her movie The Changeling, a 1920s-set thriller directed by Clint Eastwood.
The couple and their six children set up house last month in a lakeside villa in Berlin, where they are living while Pitt films Quentin Tarantino’s World War II thriller Inglorious Bastards.
Pitt, 44, missed the German premiere of his movie Burn After Reading on Oct. 1 to accompany Jolie, 33, back to the States. Continue
