The singer, who put her curves on show in a fitted scoop-neck gown, belted out her biggest hits at a performance for Wal-Mart shareholders in Fayetteville.
But she kept mum on the pregnancy rumours and just focused on the job instead.
Her husband Nick Cannon, 29, spoke on his US radio show about the reports that Carey, 41, is expecting their first child.
He said:’I'm pretty sure that when my wife is ready to make any announcement it won’t be to the media, to the public, first.
‘She’ll tell her family, she’ll tell her friends, and then, you know, when she’s ready to share with the rest of the world, who is her extended family and friends, then she’ll let everybody know.’
