Jada Pinkett Smith and her husband, Will Smith, recently sat down together and plotted out their life and partnership goals on a piece of paper. “I’m doing what you might call a business plan in my marriage right now,” says the 37-year-old mother of Willow, 8; Jaden, 10; and stepson Trey, 16. “I don’t know why, but we all think these things are supposed to be in sync. Actress Jada Pinkett-Smith says that there is only one star in the Smith family and it is her husband actor Will Smith. It’s a TV land reunion! Will Smith and his family (include wife Jada Pinkett Smith) are joined by his Fresh Prince of Bel-Air costar and pal Alfonso Ribeiro Thursday at son Trey’s football game in Los Angeles. During the game, the attention turned to the stands when Smith, who celebrated his 40th birthday on Sept. 25th, was surprised with an airplane banner that read, “Happy Birthday Will, Love All of Us.”
Last night Meg Ryan, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Eva Mendes, and Debra Messing were all on hand to celebrate the big Los Angeles premiere of their new film “The Women.”

According to Will Smith, he and Jada have somewhat of an open relationship:
The actor – who tied the knot with Jada Pinkett Smith 11 years ago – is determined to be honest about how he feels. ‘Our perspective is, you don’t avoid what’s natural and you’re going to be attracted to people,’ Will explains. ‘So sometimes we have the discussion: “Wow, this or that girl is freaking gorgeous”. I’m not going to say anything to my buddies that’s any different than what I say to my wife.’
And Will, 39, reckons he’ll tell Jada - and she’ll tell him - if they ever feel the need to have sex with others. Each will say: ‘I’m not going to do it if you don’t approve of it,’ he says. But Will’s not sure what he’d do if one day Jada, 38, confides that she does want to take a lover. ‘I don’t know how I’d feel,’ he confesses. ‘But I know I would react better than if I found out about it afterwards.’
