In a new interview with Oprah Winfrey Wednesday, Jennifer Aniston continues to open up about her love life – past and present.

When asked about her candid interview with Vogue, and its cover line calling Angelina Jolie’s past behavior “really uncool,” Aniston says she was merely responding to the reporter’s question. “I basically just answered it as honestly as I could,” Aniston says on The Oprah Winfrey Show, airing Thursday.

The actress has kinder words for ex-husband Brad Pitt, saying, “He’s done some amazing things in the last couple of years. So I just think he’s doing great.”

Jennifer Aniston thinks Angelina Jolie should keep her trap shut.

Aniston reveals in the December issue of Vogue that she ain’t too happy with some of Jolie’s public remarks about her love affair with Brad Pitt.

Aniston complains that Jolie once went too far in outlining the exact timeline of her relationship with Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. “There was stuff printed that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening,” Aniston says of the Jolie interview, which appeared in Vogue about two years ago. “I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.” Read more…

With a coy smile playing across her lips, Jennifer Aniston walked out of the Sunset Tower Hotel on Oct. 27 alongside boyfriend John Mayer. Although she could have easily used the private underground exit, Jen boldly stepped out the front door instead.

Jennifer Aniston stopped by a Los Angeles elementary school as a special guest speaker, but she wasn’t there to discuss Hollywood.

“She talked about water things,” says Alvaro Cortes, assistant superintendent of Extended Day Programs at the L.A. Unified School District. “She talked to the students about water nutrition and why it’s so important for all of us.”

Aniston, 39, a spokeswoman for Smartwater, a nutrient-enriched bottled water, stayed at Cahuenga Elementary School on Thursday for about an hour and answered questions as part of an after-school program.

Along the way, she even got a little education of her own. When she showed up a few minutes late, principal Lloyd Housky said, “As a school principal I need to tell you that you cannot keep our children waiting!”

Aniston replied: “I understand! I got that message from my principal when I was going to school, too!”

Watch out, Jennifer Aniston: Ellen DeGeneres is playing matchmaker.

During a visit with Shemar Moore, scheduled to air Friday, the talk-show host (and new bride) offered to set up her guest with Aniston – who is a friend of hers.

“Who can I help you with? What is your type?” DeGeneres asked the Criminal Minds star, who said he was single “all day everyday.”

Answered the hunky actor: “There is one particular person in this town that I kind of got a little crush on,” he said. “A lot of guys got a crush on this girl but she can’t seem to find that man who can get it right and I just want to raise my hand and try. And that’s Ms. Jennifer Aniston.”

She was one of the longest-reigning queens of prime time television, playing the role of Rachel Green on “Friends.” And it sounds like Jennifer Aniston is returning to the small screen this fall season.

According to her rep, Steven Huvane, the “Rumor Has It” actress will be guest starring on NBC’s hit comedy “30 Rock.” He told press, “She is shooting now. We are not giving out any specifics on her character.

The “Good Girl” actress is no stranger to guest spots on tv series, as she’s appeared on both “Dirt” and “South Park” in the past. Read more…

Jennifer Aniston, showing no outward signs of grief over her breakup with John Mayer, got a pleasant surprise this week when she ran into Friends pal Courteney Cox at an L.A. restaurant.

“It was a pretty amazing scene. Jen was sitting at a table inside and then suddenly Courteney Cox walked in,” says a fellow diner at the Sunset Towers hotel’s restaurant Thursday night. “They were pretty surprised and excited to run into each other.”

Both appeared to be having business meetings over dinner, the diner says.

“Jen looked incredible,” says the diner. “Let me put it this way, it made me doubt the breakup story, because there is no way she was blue in any way. She was really happy … There was no hint of any problems.”

Since the breakup, Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, have settled back into their separate lives on different sides of the country, multiple sources tell people.

Aniston has been spending time at her home in the Hollywood Hills, where she was visited several times by friend and yoga instructor Mandy Ingber.

Mayer, after arriving in New York on Thursday morning on a break from his current tour, kept an even lower profile. He is due back on tour in Charlotte, N.C., on Aug. 19.

The couple, who had been dating since April, split mutually, according to a friend of Mayer.

“They were going in different directions,” says the friend. “He’s at the height of his career and very focused. Different things are important to them both right now.”( source people)

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have called it quits, multiple sources confirm to people.

“They had a great time together but they are just in different places in their lives right now,” says a source of Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, who kicked off their courtship in April.

A friend of Mayer adds that a reconciliation isn’t necessarily out of the question: “He never ends things with a clean slate. He likes to dwell on these relationships and sort everything out before saying goodbye for good.”

The split was first reported Wednesday by the U.K.’s Mirror, which said the couple split earlier this week, after initially deciding to spend some time apart.
